Hello!

Welcome at my pages focused on massages and body work. My name is Miroslav Vojtek and since 2008 I work as a professional masseur.

I focuse on Swedish, Sport and Hawaiian massage, Reiki and also Reflexology. My specialty is working with the deeper muscles with the goal to eliminate or mitigate the pain of muscular origin.

I lead a regular physical practices. Experiences obtained are usefull in my work.

I provide massages in my massage room and mobile massages (home, company, multi-day events,...).

I graduated in Swedish and Sport massages training, Hawaiian massage training, and School of Reflexology. I am on the II. Reiki degree.

Important for me is a responsible approach to all my clients.

Relaxation Massage

Highly enjoyable massage containing technics from the Hawaiian and Swedish massage, from Reiki and some gentle stretching. It reduces fatigue and stress, calms the mind and restores mental strength. But first of all it is very pleasant:)).

Hawaiian Massage - Lomi Lomi

Slow, gentle, fluent and rhytmical massage originating from the Hawaian Islands.

Swedish and Sport massage

Focuses on the deep work with muscles with the goal to eliminate or mitigate the pain of muscular origin.

The main goal of the Sport Massage is activation before or regeneration after the physical exercises.

Neck Massage

Eliminates stretch and pain of the neck muscles and head.

Hand and Arm Massage

Eliminates the pain of fingers, palms, wrists and elbows.

Massage for Pregnant Women

Gentle massage for pregnant women. Focused on the muscles of the neck and upper part of the back. Your partner may be present and I can teach him this massage.

Reiki

A gentle branch of alternative medicine. Works with the healing energy. Adds and increases vitalism ("energy flow", "ki", "prana"), calms pain, strengthnes immune system, harmonizes.

Reflexology

Works with reflective zones on the feet. Effective method of prevention. Diagnoses and strengthens body organs. Usefull as an excelent way of relaxation.

Mobile Massage

Massage in your own premises (home, office, ...) . Massage at the multi-day events like teambuilding, sports camps, etc . According to individual agreement.

Massage Training

I will teach you easy automassages and massages. Usefull for indiviuals, partners or as activity at group events.

Physical Exercise

Basic way of body work. Enhances the positive effects of massage. I provide the physical exercises focused on strengthening and stretching of back and leg muscles and spinal stabilisation.
